Steps:
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a loaf tin with parchment paper. Set aside.
Wash the cauliflower and cut it into florets. Pulse the florets in a food processor until they resemble fine crumbs.
In a large bowl mix the almond flour, psyllium husk, salt and baking soda.
Fold in the beaten eggs and cauliflower rice, mix until the batter is smooth.
Make a slight well in the dry ingredients and mix in the egg mixture until just combined.
Transfer the batter to the prepared pan. Smooth the top out with a spatula and sprinkle the pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds over the top.
Bake for 55 minutes, until the bread is browned on top.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool before slicing
