Optional Ingredients:
¼ tsp Black Pepper, you can add black pepper to this tea to help “activate”the healing effects of curcumin. | |
¼ tsp Cayenne Pepper, adds a spicy kick to this tea and can help inflammation and weight loss. | |
½ tsp Cinnamon, to taste. Cinnamon is an antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, anti-diabetic compound. | |
80 gr / ¼ cup Honey. Honey is a natural sweetener, adding it to tea will give a rich taste to your tea while having no bad impact on your health. |

Steps:
Peel the fresh ginger root and dice into thin slices. Into a high-speed blender add Oranges (2), Lemon ( 2 ), Ginger (200 gr) and 2 tsp Curcumin Powder. Blend until smooth.
Pour the mixture in an ice cube tray and put it in a freezer. Or store this concentrated mixture in a jar in the refrigerator.
When ready to drink, simply place the ice cubes in a cap or in a thermos and add hot water. You can add a dash of black pepper, cayenne, cinnamon or just a spoon or two of honey.
